Cam McCaul goes big at the 2012 Red Bull Rampage, flying over the 66-foot-wide canyon
jump. It's the same one where Cam Zink crash-landed a day earlier after ejecting from his
bike in mid air. Zink was walking around the next day, a little stiff and sore, but at least he
was walking. McCaul cleared this jump twice on the day of the finals.
