Tinajo (Lanzarote), 19th January 2021. Due to the global rise in Covid-19 cases, Club La Santa has decided to postpone the dates of 2 of its most famous events, to guarantee the safety of all participants and members of the organization.
XVII Club La Santa 4 Stage Mountain Bike Race Lanzarote, the only UCI Category S1 event in the Canary Islands, that was originally planned for 23rd-26th January 2021, will now take place from Saturday 29th May to Tuesday 1st June 2021.
Everyone who signed up for the original dates can participate in the new one at no additional cost. Or they can opt for a full refund of the entry fee, as per the newsletter sent to all registrants by the organisation.

The oldest Triathlon in Spain, 6th November 2021
The Club La Santa Volcano Triathlon, originally planned for April, has also changed its date. The oldest running Triathlon in Spain, whose first addition was in 1984, we will now take place on the 6th November 2021.
All triathletes that decided to keep their entry from the 2020 edition that was postponed due to the pandemic, can also take part on the 6th November 2021 for no extra fee.
Fabio Cabrera, Race Director and Sports Manager at Club La Santa, says ´The whole world is living in exceptional circumstances right now.
