VIDEO: RYDER LAWRENCE JUMPS A 50-FOOT GAP AT WOODWARD WEST AT 7 YEARS OLD

MBA was out at Fontana this past weekend shooting the downhill races, where we saw former MBA test rider Randy Lawrence with his son, Ryder, 15, who races for Intense. Ryder is still in the expert ranks, but he’s already looking like one of the top riders at Fontana. Randy told us that Ryder is going to be traveling the World Cup circuit next year in the junior men’s ranks. We knew Ryder was good, but we didn’t realize how good he was until we found this video of him clearing a 50-foot gap jump on the Mega Ramp at Woodward West when he was only seven years old. It looks like Ryder might have what it takes to become downhill racing’s next Jackson Goldstone. Check out the video.
