Kevin Aiello and 6D Helmets took the Pro GRT Downhill Championship this year. The KHS rider sealed the championship in the final round at Mammoth Mountain’s Kamikaze Games with a 2nd place finish.
Aiello came on board with 6D as they introduced their new helmet design to the Downhill Mountain Bike and BMX category. Aiello attributes much of his confidence and success to his new ATB-1 helmet. “Right before the start of the season, I did a photo shoot for 6D and was really impressed with the helmet. It had a great fit and I was impressed with the innovative technology used inside the helmet. I called them back the next day to see about wearing it for the upcoming season – so glad I did! The helmet performed beyond my expectations; it’s light, cool, and kept me safe when I needed it most. How can you beat that?” – Kevin Aiello.
“We could not be more proud of Kevin and all his accomplishments this season. We are super stoked to have him on board and look forward to being a part of his future successes!” – 6D’s Bob Weber
