Among the new features for Summer 2021 at Snow Valley is the expert trail “Quick Draw.” It is 5 miles long and has 5 small drops, 2 large rock drops, and two small rollers on steep terrain. Snow Valley generally has about a dozen trails open, including a dual slalom. Look for new trail enhancements on Winchester, a 1000-foot trail, with 3 new drops, berms, and a high speed, low trajectory jump.
Upcoming races to be hosted at Snow Valley include Team Big Bear’s August 28-29 Downhill #1 / Enduro #1 and 9/18 – 9/19/2021 Downhill and Enduro.
Bike rentals are now available, but please be advised they are on a first-come, first-served basis and online reservations are not available. Also, Snow Valley offers outdoor dining, with beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages daily. Open through Labor Day, Friday-Monday.
Snow Valley Bike Park Lift Tickets start at $19 for Friday Twilight (4-7 pm) sessions and $22 for adults Friday and Monday. It’s free for Super Senior (70 +) and Child (5 & under) accompanied by an adult.
Snow Valley strongly encourages purchasing tickets online at snow-valley.com, and tickets may be purchased at the Mountain Adventure Center in Snow Valley’s base area. To ride the Snow Valley Express, an electronic waiver must be signed in advance online: ezwaiver.com/snowvalley. The same goes for bike rentals. For non-bikers, Snow Valley offers scenic view chairlift rides and hiking in the San Bernardino Mountains.
