ELITE MEN’S AND WOMEN’S DOWNHILL QUALIFIER RESULTS FROM THE SNOWSHOE, USA WORLD CUP

The Elite Men’s and Women’s Downhill qualifiers were held on Friday afternoon in Snowshoe, West Virginia. Loic Bruni was the fastest rider of the day, with Laurie Greenland, Bernard Kerr, and Dakotah Norton qualifying second, third, and fourth, respectively.
Canadian Jackson Goldstone qualified eighth with fellow rookie, Great Britain’s Jordan Williams, placing 14th.
America’s Austin Dooley, who was the fastest American on Thursday in the timed training, qualified 30th on Friday.
Enduro World Series champion Richie Rude placed 32nd in the qualifiers.
In the Elite Women’s Qualfiers, Valentina Höll was sitting in 12th place after the first two timed sections of her run, but she made up for it in the last half of her run to take first place in the qualifiers among the Elite Women.
