Builds New Backyard Dirt Jump Line With His Kids
By Eric Porter
We build and ride an entirely new medium-size dirt jump line with my kids in our ridiculous backyard. This is the full build from beginning to end. We started with the new Roll-In that we built in the last video – https://youtu.be/XMdENyS-gcI
Then we moved a ton of dirt, built framed-up wooden landings with lumber I made using my Alaska Mill on a Stihl 460, and then we built wooden lips for the takeoff’s. Of course, we then rode the finished jumps on our BMX bikes and MTB Dirt Jumpers.
Huge thanks to my amazing neighbor Steve Olpin for help filming our riding session. Check out his YouTube Channel and Instagram here – https://www.youtube.com/user/thetalki… and instagram.com/thetalkingfly

Thanks to my friends that helped throw dirt and get this done!

Mountain Bike Action is a monthly magazine devoted to all things mountain biking (yes, that’s 12 times a year because we never take a month off of mountain biking). It has been around since 1986 and we’re still having fun.
