Manuel Fumic’s Custom Scalpel Si

With World Championships in full swing this week, companies are rolling out all of the stops for custom bikes for their top athletes. Cannondale Factory Racing athlete and German National Champ Manuel Fumic is sporting one seriously dialed Scalpel Si for the racing this week.

The team has been running a Shimano XTR drivetrains all season with the adaption of the newest 12-speed earlier this summer. It looks like Fumic is running a 36 front ring with 10-51 cassette.

Cannondale released their new Lefty Ocho earlier this summer and the whole team is sporting this 100mm travel fork. Compared to a stock Scalpel Si, the Cannondale team isn’t running a lower spacer on the headset which makes the geometry a touch more aggressive.

ENVE has been supplying the cockpit and wheels, which brings the whole build together. We have been testing their newest M525 wheels most of this summer.
