One Of MBA’s Favorite Hard Parts Of 2020: OneUp Switch Chainring
OneUp Switch Chainring
By Traece Craig
I am that guy in the parking lot who doesn’t mind swapping to a smaller chainring for a long climbing day, so I am always looking for an easier method. OneUp set out to design an easy-to-swap chainring that is affordable ($40–$44). The chainrings are available in a wide range of options and offer compatibility with various crankset interfaces. The Switch chainring by OneUp Components is a very affordable option that encourages riders to experiment with gearing and lock in a range that is best for the trail ahead.

Mountain Bike Action is a monthly magazine devoted to all things mountain biking (yes, that’s 12 times a year because we never take a month off of mountain biking). It has been around since 1986 and we’re still having fun.
