ROCKSHOX BLACKBOX RACING PROGRAM GOES PUBLIC-9-5

RockShox announced on September 3rd, that it will be selling copies of
the once-exclusive BlackBox pro racing fork to mountain bikers at large. The press release claimed that most BlackBox components will eventually be up for sale, but the first item is the carbon fiber and titanium 2.7 pound XC fork that Roland Green raced to the NORBA number one spot. The production SID Race BLackBox fork will sport a clear lockout dial and offer 63mm or 80mm travel options. RockShox is mighty proud of the fork’s one-piece composite crown and legs, so we expect the fork to bring in a hefty price tag. First items should be selling this fall.
