Cannondale’s new 150mm travel Moterra Neo electric mountain bikes feature a larger 750Wh battery and a Proportional Response size-specific tuned carbon frame. The Bosch Performance Line CX-powered line is also offered in a longer travel and more capable LT version as well.
This dreamy custom Honzo ESD was built by an employee at Kona dealer Santa Cruz Cycles. We still have fond memories of reviewing this awesome bike in its standard build configuration. It’s so awesome in fact that a member of the wrecking crew couldn’t let it go and bought our test bike.
Reynolds is now offering a brand new Trail series of wheels that are focused on the segment between XC race and enduro. They Feature 32mm internal rim widths and come in three price levels with weight ranging from 1,504 grams to 1,776 grams.
Gorewear announced its all-new Trail mountain bike apparel collection. Sustainability is as big of story with these noew pieces as is performance. The TrailKPR Daily jersey is made of 100% recycled materials while the Trail KPR on the left features 65% recycled material.
The new Gore Lupra jacket has us pretty excited because it’s designed to be worn while pedaling uphill as well as downhill with a mix of highly breathable and weather-resistant materials.
Lezyne’s new Pocket Torque Drive is a smaller version of its popular Torque Drive tool. This tool fits in the palm of your hand and is adjustable between 2 and 6 NM and retails for $55.
Michelin is making a big sustainability push with new eco-friendly packaging for its tires and tubes. The 100% recyclable packaging features sustainably sourced cardboard and paper that use vegetable dyes instead of mineral inks. Michelin estimates that this new packaging has saved over 35 tons of plastic waste.
Giro’s new women’s Ride Jersey is made from a Renew Series of recycled polyester and merino blend that combines lightweight comfort and quick-drying performance in a versatile casual yet sustainable look.
Magura is the brake choice of downhill World Champion Loic Bruni. This is his custom profiled lever, which is now available as an aftermarket upgrade for Magura’s MT line of brakes. The lever is fairly flat, wide, and quite comfortable.
Smith’s Forefront 2 helmet uses MIPS® and Koroyd® construction impact protection throughout and is designed to work with goggles or sunglasses, like their Bobcat glasses seen here.
