With fun for everyone, the annual MTB Festival makes its return to Skyforest

SKYPARK BIKE FEST RETURNS JUNE 10th & 11th

The 7th annual SkyPark Bike Fest is returning on June 10th and 11th to the SkyPark Bike Park. Always a highly anticipated event, this year features MTB industry vendors, product demos, giveaways, bike clinics, a SkyPark-sponsored raffle, and more!

Day tickets can be found here, with access to the Bike Fest being included with all Day Passes, 3-Day Passes, Annual Passes, and Monthly Memberships. Buy your tickets and complete the waiver early to avoid waiting in line! The festival runs from 10 am to 6 pm Saturday and Sunday.

Throwback Thursday - This is the cover of the very first issue of Mountain Bike Action, dated July 1986. Dean Bradley was the editor and photographer. The bikes he tested in that issue had chromoly steel frames, wtih one exception: the Mantis XCR Composite, which was designed by Richard Cunningham. The front triangle of the XCR Composite frame was aluminum, while the fork and the rear stays were made of chromoly steel. Copies of this issue are collector's items now. If you can find one, you better hold onto it. We expect it will go up in value in the years to come. It cost $2 when it first came out, 37 years ago.
