Snow Summit Bike Park Set to Open This Friday

Hero dirt is in the forecast for the Snow Summit Bike Park’s opener, set for this Friday, May 24. Over the weekend five inches of fresh snow fell on Big Bear, priming the park for Opening Day with a nice (quickly melting) blanket of moisture.
One day tickets for the opener are on sale now for $25, with an additional 20% off if purchased more than 72 hours in advance (so, $20 if you move quick).
The weather on Friday is looking clear at the moment, with some precip forecast for Saturday and Sunday. Rain or shine we’ll keep the party moving all weekend with live music, giveaways and a vendor village.
