Trail Bike Racing At Its Finest – The Grand Junction Offroad

With a “grand” new date, the 3rd Annual Grand Junction Off-Road was a weekend for the record books.

With over 500 participants putting tire to dirt and nearly 150 enthusiastic volunteers enjoying a weekend outdoors lending support; Grand Junction was America’s epicenter of mountain biking the last weekend of May.

From hundreds of satiated amateurs crossing the finish line to Shakey Graves drawing in excess of 4,000 concert goers to North America’s finest & fastest pros charging it in Sunday’s Pro cross-country event – blue bird skies and near perfect temperatures brought the Grand Junction community together for an unparalleled weekend to celebrate mountain biking, art + music.

Enjoy this short #GJOR reel featuring the world class Lunch Loops trail system, the Grand’s 15, 30 & 40 mile courses start and finish on Main St. in downtown Grand Junction, and tour participants over varied terrain while traversing the Tabeguache trail system (pronounced Tab-uh-Watch) to the distant reaches of the Magellan loop.
