EAT LIKE A PRO
I’m slowly getting back into the swing of training and was told that the food I eat is just as important as the miles I put in. First of all, is this true? Also, do you have any articles I could read about proper nutrition? Thanks, MBA.
There’s a saying that goes, “You wouldn’t put regular in a Ferrari.” In other words, you can log all the miles you want, but you won’t run at peak performance without an excellent source of fuel.
