GOREWEAR Rolls Out Their Most Comfortable Windbreakers Ever

GOREWEAR takes a problem-solving approach to product design, constantly striving to enhance comfort and performance for recreational and elite runners and cyclists. These new windbreakers address the dreaded “wet cling sensation” common with traditional windbreakers as an athlete begins to sweat.

Utilizing a low air permeable, double-weave material that is treated with a PFAS-free* DWR finish, GOREWEAR created three lightweight jackets for running, road cycling, and mountain and gravel riding that are reliably breathable and protective against wind and light rain. The unique 3D woven fabric structure manages moisture, reducing wet cling to provide groundbreaking next-to-skin comfort.

Solving the problem of wet cling was the primary objective, but GOREWEAR went further in creating the most comfortable windbreaker ever, designing each windbreaker style with its signature Kinetic Garment Design. This optimizes how each individual jacket moves and flexes with the body’s natural movements while running or cycling, allowing the jacket to practically disappear while out on the roads and trails.

CONCURVE Windbreaker
The CONCURVE Windbreaker is the latest addition to GOREWEAR’s running lineup. Lighter and more breathable than the CONCURVE GORE-TEX Jacket, the CONCURVE Windbreaker is intended for three-season comfort and protection against wind as opposed to full waterproof protection.
