Latest UCI Downhill Rankings for Elite Men and Women
See who the top Americans are
As we get ready to go into another year of UCI World Cup downhill racing, we wanted to see who the top downhill riders are in the UCI at this time. We checked out both the UCI website and mtbdata.com to see their rankings, showing how the top riders stack up in the latest points tallies.
The lists of the top three riders in each group come from the UCI website.
The lists of the top 12 Elite Women and top 12 Elite Men come from the mtbdata.com website. You can check out that website and find hundreds more riders that we don’t have the time to list here.
The U.S. has one woman, Anna Newkirk, in the top ten Elite Downhill Women and two men, Luca Shaw and Dakotah Norton, in the top 12 Elite Men, so we included the two top-ranked U.S. men in our listings below.
The mtbdata.com website is a great place to check on some of your favorite racers and see how they stack up in the points rankings. One of the things that we found on their website was that Christoper Blevins is ranked 63rd in the UCI Marathon rankings for men, where former U.S. National XC champion Howard Grotts is ranked 85th among the men’s marathon racers in the UCI.
