SANTA CRUZ INTRODUCES ITS REDESIGNED MEGATOWER

Santa Cruz has radically revamped its 29” enduro race machine by giving it more travel, more aggressive geometry and lots of new features. Wheel travel increases from 160mm to 165mm in back and from 160mm to 170mm in front. More importantly, they gave it a lower overall leverage ratio and a longer stroke shock that Santa Cruz says results in more damping support for aggressive riding.

Geometry is longer and slacker with new specific chainstay lengths for each frame size. Geometry is adjustable via a lower ling flip chip and the shock eyelet features a sealed bearing for smooth action.

An all new Glovebox downtube storage system means you can stuff your tools and spare parts inside the frame instead of on it or in a pack on your body. Plus, the Glovebox comes with a Tube Purse and Tool Wallet to keep your parts from rubbing on each other and rattle free. There are eleven builds with C and CC level frames ranging in price from $5,649 to $13,999.
